Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Is in original condition
- Includes original packaging
Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photo evidence is required to assess defects or damage. Once confirmed, we will provide further instructions and, where applicable, cover return shipping costs.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund for confirmed defective items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
