Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Processing times may vary during product launches, limited releases, or periods of high demand.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

International orders outside of North America may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary and are subject to additional fees, customs processing, and local regulations.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

 

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We may assist with carrier inquiries where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in such cases.
